Our Process
Estimate
First, our skill estimator inspects your vehicle to determine what needs to happen to restore the vehicle back to pre-collision condition. Our process officially starts once authorization for repairs is completed.
Disassembly
During the disassembly process, we are
preparing your vehicle for repair. It is at this stage that hidden damages are often found. Any hidden damages require scheduling the insurance company to re-inspect and order additional parts.
Repair
The structural damage occurred during an accident must be repaired first. Our trained technicians will use computer-based systems to analyze the frame of your vehicle allowing us to accurately return your vehicle to manufacturer requirements.
Quality Control
The parts, repair, assembly and painting are all inspected to ensure it meets our high quality standards. The vehicle is road tested and undergoes a final delivery inspection by management.
Delivery
Delivery is the final step in the repair
process. It is at this point where we answer any final questions in regards to the repair bill, and the final paperwork is
completed when the customer arrives to pick up their vehicle.
